hmm... perhaps a little buggie. Try comparing something with 1 sec in difference and report it as days.... did that "by mistake", lol (but could also be a real case when comparing stuff in a script):
$Date1 = "2006-10-01 20:06:22"
$Date2 = "2006-10-01 20:06:23"
fnDateDiff($Date1, $Date2, "d")
