Okay, any guru's out there no anthing about this?
It appears I can't get rid of this registry setting and it
is located here:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\Run\kixscript.bat
Is this something Active Directory adds in somewhere ... or any ideas?
