We had someone leave recently and I am trying to dechiper a problem. The script maps printers, however, for a few printers, error code 1801 is given when an attempt to map to them is made.
A test page can be sent to the printer and if the network printer is added to the workstation manually, it prints fine.
From the searches I have done, it appears 1801 means the printer name cannot be found? Is that correct?
