Barf! I did have breakfast and even lunch before I saw this post. Yuk!!
Lots of these in the US indeed. Been there once on holiday, had lunch at McDonalds, a +/-150 kilo woman ordered a plate full of hamburgers and stuff and a diet coke because she had to watch out not to get fat she said.
