We having been using KiXtart for some time. We moved some data to another server last night and changed the logon script to map to the new location using the same drive letter. Users logon on but do not map the drive to the new location. If fact they do not map this drive at all. I have deleted the tockencache keys in the registry. Any ideas why this may be happening?

try adding the /persistent switch to the delete line.

If the new server has any strange characters like '-' in its name you will need to place quotes around the UNC path of the share location.
