samp samp Lurker Registered: 2005-02-14 Posts: 2	IF INGROUP("IS Support") ;Do Something ENDIF Hi I know this has probably been asked a thousand times but I have the above mentioned code in a small script I have. The problem is this group exists on our PDC NT4 but the script will not read the group. I have this problem with new groups I create as well as some groups that have been on there for ages. I have run the command kix32 logon.kix /d /f. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. As far as I am aware there is no error with the code I have written or is there?

You might want to try to include the domain name in the parm. If InGroup('domain\group') 'works' ? EndIf You may also need to optimize your network, checking for unnecessary of incorrectly oredered providers and protocols. _________________________ Give a man a fish and he will be back for more. Or, look at ENUMGROUP from KiX or even IFMEMBER /v /l from the RESOURCE Kit to list out the groups that are in question for this/these user(s).
