Using any of the MapDrive() UDFs would make the code even shorter and better readable.

Les

This script is much better then the one I was using. Here is my next problem I execute the the script \SERVERNAME\NETLOGON and my drive maps no problem it removes my old drives and maps the new ones. In my profile I have it set to test.bat and it executes test.kix when I boot up my old drives come back. Oh yes I did run kix32 test.kix /f:date and I also ran the command for my mmb.kix file as well. so what do you think

Maybe you could try disconnecting them manually. Logoff and logon so the scripts runs and then see what happens.

Maybe your replication is not working that well after all. I would open the file on the pdc and all bdc's and be really sure the contents is exactly the same.

Just for testing to see when the sh*t hits the fan.

Maybe they are persistent drives. Delete them manually as a test if you want or use the /Persistent switch when you delete them in the script. Run the script in debug or throw in some marker comments to see the logic flow.

I implemented the code incorrectly that Les provided for me. It was working fine yesterday and now it isn't working today. My PDC and 2 BDC are replicating fine just trying to see why there is so much inconsistancy. I've gone ahead and did a kix32 mmb.kix /f:2005/02/22 and still nothing when I reboot my machine. When I drill down and excute the mmb.bat my drives load fine. I know that the permissions are set fine. I'm reading more and more trying to see what I can do. I guys are wonderful supporters. thanks for your help

Joel
