First off, you fail to mention what OS the clients are.

Second, never hard code the DC name cuz then you don't have the fault tolerance of two DCs. Answer I'm using PDC and BDC NT4 Domain enviroment
Third, did you setup replication to get NetLogon on both DCS? I have replication working
Fourth, F: and H: have a colon, but not G.
