First off, you fail to mention what OS the clients are.
Second, never hard code the DC name cuz then you don't have the fault tolerance of two DCs.
Third, did you setup replication to get NetLogon on both DCS?
Fourth, F: and H: have a colon, but not G.
Fifth, do not wrap vars in quotes.
