In my opinion, the problem doesnt have as much to do really with Kix as it does a corrupted printer driver for the printer that keeps crashing the pc. Its been so long since Ive seen a roaming profile (thank God) that I dont recall exactly how they work. Are the printer drivers by any chance stored in the roaming profile, or per pc like normal? I would try logging in as the effected user, bypassing the script, and manually add the printer in question. Then try running the script and see if you still get the same result.
