KiXcrypt needs to be able to "find itself".
No, not some fluffy new age pseudo-psychology, the program reads itself to unload the packaged files.
To do this it uses the command line which was used to start it to get the path. If you've started it without an explicit path it may have trouble finding itself.
Try using "\\MYSERVER\NetLogon\test.exe" to call the script rather than a relative path.
I thought I'd documented this, perhaps not...
