I need to write a very basic script that checks the OS of a machine and then if the os is Windows 95 or Windows 98 installs and *.exe. If the machine is not a windows 95 or windows 98 machine is just proceeds with the script.
Has anyone got anything that I can use??? Our kix expert is on holiday and we need to apply a patch asap. I look after the databases and no one else is in!! Thanks guys

The script is part of a login script that will be executed on each machine when the user logins in?

1 = WinNT.

That's it.

If you want finer granularity, look towards the back of the KiXtart manual for the @PRODUCTTYPE and @PRODUCTSUITE macros.
