I thought that general was 'free speach'. OK i agree with general forum rules about abuse and such, but I don't think that this discussion breaks any rules.
I am not involved with US polotics at all, being in the UK. But I am finding it interesting to get a 'over the pond' view on something that is also important here, the Iraq 'conflict' and how it is affecting the US vote.
Here our PM is struggeling with the aftermath of what appears to be bad inteligence. In our recent local elections his party has suffered the worst defeats of their rule. Mainly due to this issue.
If this discussion breaks the rules then I agree with the 'close it' decision, if it is just unconfortable then I think that we should be allowed to continue.

...or they announce they've got Bin Laden... as that would be a monumental confidence boost for Bush... I won't be surprised if it happens.
