I would like to be able to use distribution groups or even OU's, to make logon mapping decisions to be sure to be free from having NTFS permissions tied to my logon groups. They restrict my freedom in moving things around.
Is there some way in KIX I can detect distribution group membership? Failing that, is there an easy way to detect OU membership?

Thanks for the replies, bu I would like to ensure that NTFS permissions are not assingned to my logon groups mistakenly, and I would like to keep my kixtart logon script because it does many other things, like logging key information. If distribution lists could be used, that would be great. If I could use OU's and could check them with some simple and fast code that would be OK too,
