Hmmm.... don't think so. Unless marked with a Copyright it is NOT. Also private companies often have legal clauses to show that anything you create while employed by them becomes their property not yours.

But not all Countries have the same laws. We in California just happen to have more Sharks (lawyers) probably then some Countries have so they love to fight over stupid minor things
