Or read the HOW-TO I've mentioned or the KiXtart Manual, which explains in great detail how KI(X32.eXE/WKIX32.EXE launch kixtart scripts and what default files they are lookign for. AFAIK, a batch file is still the best way to call KiXtrat scripts from within GPOs while the direct call to KIX32/WKIX32 is the preferred way for the logon script if no Windows 9x computers are being supported.
Also, we highly recommend to use correct terminology with regards to what you describe.
