If you would have filled in your PROFILE I might have guessed you were language challenged and would have typed more slowly.
You either did not read the thread I provided a link to, or you think you know better and didn't bother to try it my way. If you try it my way and it does not work, I can understand where you may ask me why it does not work, but if you do it your own way, you are on your own.
I have no idea what "logon properties tab" you are talking about since there is no such tab in the GPMC. Also, in my example, I use a BATch file to invoke KiX. I also do not put the KiX executable and KiX script in the GPO folder as you did.
Reread and follow the steps I outlined in the thread I linked to and post back the result.
