I have a WRITEVALUE in my script and it will only work if the user has admin privelages on their machine.....I know i could use runas but i don't want an admin password written into the script...Please help!!!

Simple! Do it remotely from your machine with admin rights.

...or, if uncritical, set the Rights for the registryhive unsing regedt32.

Normally, there is a reason why certain registry keys have restrictive permissions, and I'd consider this critical. What you propose is a direct violation of secure computing practices and should not be recommended.
