An "oxymoron" is when you use (typically) two words with opposite or incongruous meanings to emphasise one of them by contradiction.

Don't feel stupid, the english language has lots of words invented or borrowed just to confuse Johnny Foreigner, a hang-up from our Imperial past.
Hell, even we native english speakers can't agree on the spelling or meanings of words.

With XP and 2k(3) servers you can define startup, login, logoff and shutdown scripts via GPO's.
- startup scripts run when computer boots ( before the CTRL-ALT-DEL dialog.
- login scripts run at user login.
- logoff scripts run at user logoff.
- shutdown scripts run when shutting down the computer, after the logoff script.
