Should look something like:

$objTemplate = $objDoc.AttachedTemplate
$dlgTemplate = $Word.Dialogs($wdDialogToolsTemplates)
$strPath = $dlgTemplate.Template
and then, your going to have to find the enumeration value for this:
$wdDialogToolsTemplates = <somenumber>
find the excel/word object browser good for that.
