Welcome to the board. A good place to start is the manual. THere, you will find InGroup() whick I presume you would use to map the department drive. FOr the users, you will probably use @UserID to get the user's logon ID to map to their home drive. If the clients are Win9x or NT4, you will not be able to deep map as you do in NetWare, and you will have to setup (hidden?) shares for each user.
You don't really provide enough of an example of the NetWare script to go on.
