Currently running NAI Virusscan on wksta's, netshield on servers and groupshield on exchange.
We'll be upgrading to EPO and the latest AV suite this month.
Only had a little problem once when some user put a fubarred disk in his wksta's drive.
Just one little infection and no damage done (on access scan, me like 
). Current MyDoom issue is no problem either.
