Hi guys

I've got 5 citrix servers running metaframeXPa fr3 and one of our users are on a HP T5000 Thin Client machine. So far it's only one the one Thin Client.

We've bought enough license's to cover every user..

Any Ideas?

You need to go back to Citrix and/or your VAR to sort that out. I know our Citrix guy hates the Citrix licensing process. Sorry.. Can't help you here.

Have you activated the license?

It's been a while since I did an install, but from memory you can install the license and it works for about 30 days, but in that time you need to get (and apply) an activation key.

Its not the citrix licens, it is the Microsoft Terminal Server licensing you are having trouble with.
Do you have a MS Licensing service ?
Is it activated ?
Do you installed enough Client Access Licens ?

Have you tried installing the MS TS Licening Enhancements? I know it fixes alot of TS CAL timeout issues. That is...If you even have any TS CALS.

Terminal Services Licensing Enhancements

This enhancement was also included in Windows 2000 SP3 and up so if you are using that then dont worry bout it.
