I have a script that reads IP addresses or hostnames in from a text file. When the list is exactly longer than 1000 lines, the script exits immediately with no errors. Reduce to 1000 and all is well. This happens not matter how I launch Kix: from a batch file, direct on the command prompt, Start>Run, .lnk, etc.
Now, I use ConTEXT as my editor which uses to Conexec.exe as command line wrapper. I can run the script from my editor now matter how many lines in the text file??!!?!? BUT, if I copy that command line using conexec.exe and run it from the command line, it fails yet again!!!!???? WTF.
So, is this a Kix issue or a Windows issue?
If you'd like the code, PM me with your e-mail.

Dear,
It should indeed something within his code. Normally we haven't any problem with running scripts above 25.000 lines or scripts with one line above 500.000 characters length. greetings.

Thanks Les,
To point us back on track. Normally we are using additional EXE file to read text files with those sizes. greetings.
