I have a Linksys wireless router at home and it hasn't made any problems for what it's used, namely check Outlook email through a VPN connection over an 803.11b USB Wireless NIC (cute thing, see NetGear MA111 at http://www.netgear.com/products/prod_details.asp?prodID=173 ).
