kixcrypt -d -e ^"^%logonserver^%\netlogon\wkix32.exe ^"%KIXCRYPTFILE%^"^" "C:\MSUpdater_1003.kix"

Seems to do the trick as well...Works beautifully. Will see if this suppresses the errors weve been seeing.
