Oh,

not that I am perfect but you missed a '%' Howard.

This...
\\%MyLOC\netlogon\kix32.exe \\%MyLOC%\netlogon\Script.kix
Should be this...
\\%MyLOC%\netlogon\kix32.exe \\%MyLOC%\netlogon\Script.kix
Right?

I noticed that too but was going to let it slide. Been pestering Howard too much lately on his typos.

Rocco,

Wouldn't this not work for you in your Batch file?
Code:

IF %LOGONSERVER% NEQ \\NAME %LOGONSERVER%\NETLOGON\KIX32 %LOGONSERVER%\NETLOGON\KIXTART.KIX
IF %LOGONSERVER% EQU \\NAME \\LOGONSERVERNAME\NETLOGON\KIX32 \\LOGONSERVERNAME\NETLOGON\KIXTART.KIX

HTH,

Kent

Well after 3 days of testing and working on this the server team in all there wisdom (or lack there of) decited not to run scripts from the file and print servers, to just keep them on the DC's. 'Ja' that's what I woodah done to begin with. Basta's.

Kent, thanks for the idea, that looks like it would be the best solution, anyway.

Personally I like running the scripts from the client.
