We are seeing an issue where when a person logs in using a new Published Application, they do not run the login script. Wound up using the USRLOGON.CMD to make a call to the Kixtart script which works each time.
The Citrix Farm is comprised of:
* 20 Windows 2000 Servers
* MetaFrame XP
USRLOGON.CMD calls the script..

The real issue is that this works some of the time, but then again there are others where it does not. We have used the regular KiXtart script in the Domain in a MetaFrame 1.8 Farm (Windows NT 4) and it works consistently.

This is still an issue with the Citrix Logins. But, there is a work-around as I talk about above.
