You're right, I wasn't thinking. Ofcourse Kixtart isn't a programming language because you can't make "programs". Only scripts that use other applications to control computer(s).
Never mind about this idea, it's stupid. I was/am just searching for an application that checks if my scripts are correct syntaxed (if that's the word).
