Wokkeltje Wokkeltje Fresh Scripter Registered: 2002-08-12 Posts: 31 Loc: Torhout, Belgium	I have a strange problem with the INGROUP(), On 2 laptops the INGROUP will not work, because the TokenCache is not complete. Strange because all the PC's are installed with the same unattended installation, so all the PC's are identical. On the other 140 PC's the INGROUP is working fine. The rest of the script is working fine. It are all Windows2000 machines on a Windows2000 domain with AD. If the user logs on to an other PC, the INGROUP() statement is working fine. Could someone have an idea how to solve the problem? tnx

Wokkeltje Wokkeltje Fresh Scripter Registered: 2002-08-12 Posts: 31 Loc: Torhout, Belgium	It is different hardware. But PC's with the same hardware have no problem with the INGROUP() But it needs to be a problem on the PC, because when I log on with a different user, the problme persists.

What KiXtart version and files are you using? Are the file(s) installed locally of are they executed from a network share. The problem is for every Global Group in the AD, because it is working on an other PC. Kix version 4.21 Every PC has the same version of Kix, and runs the script from the network. The kix execute is available on the local PC

The groups get added via communication to the Global Catalog server I think. Verify with a network trace that the computer are talking properly to the GC. [ 15.
