shawn, I think you should change the real build number EVERY time you change something after publishing it.
we already got messed up for hours with PostPrep publishing due to numbering schemas.
as a matter of fact, the current 1.0.3.2 is not even close to the 1.0.3.2 that was first published.

anyway, as the version and build is kept different in your versioning schema, the build number should fly free.
different is that when you give a private build for testing to jens as example, that is when you can keep the buildnumber same and just tweak the privatebuild.
