both. you have crappy DNS and kixtart.org had some trouble before today.
kixtart.org has fast connection which is lacking almost everyday. we oldies have got used to it. it all started about on year ago.
even though, asked for change, provider hasn't found any problems which it could have solved. so, all we have left is wait until kixtart.org has got a new wire... and that can take eternity.
hmm... VPN, isn't that pain. for normal users it must be fun but damn that is slow stuff man. all that crypting... over 512kb line, you may luckily get about 10KB.
