Hi Guys,
In short, no the outage was not planned. According to my hosting provider, a drive in the RAID array of the server where KiXforms.org is hosted failed sometime yesterday. However, I fail to see why the situation hasn't been rectified yet. The server would still run on 1 less drive (that's the whole point of RAID) and would rebuild the array within a couple of hours of a replacement disk being inserted. I will keep you informed of any developments.
