I just tested this on a Win95 client:
dsclient /c /t:c:\dsclient
c:\dsclient\Setup /q
This dos not automatically reboot the PC, but it ends up with the dialog:
Do you want to reboot your computer now.
Mayby you can use KiXtart or AutoIt to answer no to this question ?
This is assuming the Dsclient for NT behaves the same way as the 9x client
