actually, checked again and indeed there seems to be no way of skipping the reboot if you use the main setup.
anyway, doing the setup by yourself is not an option?

only leads I could find was the "commandline":
adsix86.exe /C:"rundll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection adsix86.inf,RegADSIWithDsclient,,N" DoDscSetup dscsetup.dll
