I was trying this cmdline:
SHELL '%COMSPEC% /c "%SYSTEMROOT%\SYSTEM32\NOTEPAD.EXE" "%TEMP%\TEXT.TXT" '
Doesn't work, it cant read the filename, but if you copy&paste into the console, it works ...
