with user who had no roam (me) test user with inaccessible profile path and working roaming profile.
the difference with the last 2 was that if the profile was inaccible, the %userprofile% path was:
"C:\documents and settings\TEMP"
and if available it was:
"C:\documents and settings\TESTUSER"
