I am using the following command to copy a file to the user's HDD:

$frmFull.CopyFilePB("@SCRIPTDIR\filename.txt","%WINDIR%\Temp",0,0)

The intention of using CopyFilePB is so the user is shown a GUI file copy progress. The problem is that if I change the last parameter (the "Replace All" option) to anything other than "0" the GUI file copy progress is not shown. If I leave it "0" then the user must click "Yes" to allow the file copy overwrite.

Chris,
What is the OS you are using ?
Is the copy is done when replace all is set to 1 ?

OS = W2K

The file(s) is still copied, but no progress bar. During testing of this "issue" it seems that the copy file process is complete before the progress bar has a chance to display. Is this the real issue?

It seems that I've answered my own question. I added some larger files to my copy and did get a progress bar.

Thanks, Alex for the quick response. Sorry to bug you.

Here is the bare minimum required to use the CopyFilePB command in KiXGUI:

;Create KixGUI Desktop
$root=createobject("KiXGUI.Desktop")

;Create an Object for the CopyFilePB command
$frmCopy=$root.createform("frmCopy","Object for CopyFilePB")

;Copies all files from current script directory to a folder named "Test" in your Windows temp folder. First option after destination is "Silent Mode" - "0" = Show dialog box. Second option is "Replace All" - "1" = Answer "Yes to all" automatically.
$frmCopy.CopyFilePB("@SCRIPTDIR\*.*","%WINDIR%\Temp\Test",0,1)
