I have it... I don't use the rpc, so I can't comment on it, but other that that it runs every script I have written

Well, so far it does not seem to be a problem.
It is currently in production around the world. Nothing so far to indicate an issue with it.

Hey NTDOC, I also e-mailed Ruud today about the @CPU macro not properly reporting Mobile CPU types (not sure if it should). -Brian

On @CPU: getting the CPU brand and model correct is pretty much a mystic art (as a result of the very few rules, the large amount of exceptions and the impossibility to test), so any and all info is very useful.
Please send me the brand, family, model, stepping, etc of the system, as well as what @CPU reports and what Windows reports as the CPU name, and I'll see what I can do. (The best way to get detailed information on (Intel) CPU's is to use the CPUID utility available on the Intel web.)
Regards,
Ruud

I'm not sure Lonkero... I'll have to get out to one of those systems next week and run both these utilities on them and report back what I find.
For my own system I get this:
code:

. . . . . Intel DOS based v4.61 version of ID Utility:
Intel(R) Pentium(R) III Processor 550-MHz System Bus 100 MHz Processor Type=0 Family=6 Model=7 Stepping=3 Revison=E Packaging S.E.C.C./S.E.C.C.2 Level2 cache=512KB Level1 data cache=16KB Level1 instruction cache=16KB MMX=Yes Streaming SIMD Extensions=Yes Streaming SIMD Extensions 2=No Net Burst(TM) microarchitecture=No
On this system all 3 reporting methods are close enough for reporting purposes.
I have training on Monday/Tuesday so will not be able to get out and check the ones reporting as Celeron until middle of next week.

Intel's processor identification guide is here
The last revision is dated May 2002, and should tell you all you need to know for identifying Intel processors. AMD has a similar doc for tyhere processoerd.
