OK well Im a little new to all this and ive had the joy of installing a network. [Frown]

I need to clear out all of the current mapped network drives, but I dont want to delete the map to the profile, or the home drive.

Is there any way of enumerating the network maps?

I can find through FileAttr which are mapped but that just gives me a drive letter and I cannot delete the map using that.

Please someone help, before I get shouted at.

Another hint (IF you use a newer version of KiX 4.*):

there are some udf's in the udf library that covers the drive letter listing and mappings :

UDF Search

Many thanks for the warm welcome, and the prompt reply. I was using /del as it was in the manual.

Will try that and see how it works

Cheers for the help

If the drive were manually mapped with the "reconnect at logon" turned on, you will need to add the "/persistent" switch to the "USE" statement.

Indeed there is one sample with /del (mmm ... I think it should work also as I bet there should have been complaints before if not [Wink] )

Maybe you just need to add additionaly the /PERSISTENT switch ?

{dang ! beaten by Howard [Roll Eyes] Atom, you will see that quite often if you stay here [Wink] }
