Of course there are lots of cool new features in 4.01. My first project is to try replacing Shawn's wonderful SMBIOS with WMI calls (if any of can be done...) . I need to keep as much of the logon process as possible within kix itself (and wscript)

Eh ceej, at one point I was just one post behind you. Wonder who'll be the next millenium club member?

registration.
The most activaties are made by the top 25 users of this list.
Sometimes an exceptional amount of reactions/topics are entering by same
users. Mostly related to the topics or the time of 'coma'.

Possible 'coma' situations can be created by changing of job.

I was putting my money on Les (LLigetfa) to be the next person to hit 1000 posts. But his post quantity has dropped lately (of course, quality is never an issue with les) ... whazzup bud ? Only 32 more posts to go. And MCA ... he's closing in on 2000 posts ! Whew !

There's a KiXtart Wives club that my wife has formed. Jochen's wife is a member too, not too sure about the other member's wives ... very secret. Basically, it's a support group for the spouses of kixtart scripting die-hards ... you know, they basically sit around and bash kixtart and ask each other if they've seen their husband lately My wife hates kixtart !

ROTFL! You have hit the nail right on the head.. My wife maintains the stance, "Are you married to me or the computer?" But, I try to maintain one of trying to make things better as users and Admins of systems.

Turns out it was more of a self-realization... and a weak resolution on my part.

Those KiXWives may be a secret organization, but they have one hell of a secret weapon, the dreaded HoneyDo list! Left it off my list for fear of appearing hen-pecked!

A real threat for the kixtart community is my wife hates kixtart.

Mostly the result of choice between kixtart or wife is already known by
us.

Possible that you (and also other members) need some tips.
Some tips:
- take sometimes a bunch of flowers with you or visite sometimes a performance.
- use the weekend for you family. no much happens during the weekend on the board.
- plan most activities during working hours. also during night's rest of your
wife a piece of time can be available.
