Is there a reason why you're not using DHCP?

After thinking about it, you may have a good reason. Changing ISPs? Sharing a network with another entity that already uses DHCP and don't want to affect their clients with your own DHCP? Love the way Kixtart can do almost anything and just want to figure it out this way?
