I am using Kix in a Windows 2003 Active Directory Network. Some users have their My Documents folder redirected to one of the servers. It has been working for about 4 months and now it seems that a few people seem to be having problems with the my documents folder being redirected and kix mapping their network drives. Since the my documents folder is redirected to a mapped drive that kix maps Kix is not deleting any map drives when it runs, it just maps them. I told the offline files to sync only on logoff but I still have the problem where users logon and they have no mapped drives or no my documents. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the my documents redirection to work properly with kix?

Use a GPO to do the redirection.

Please post and let us know what version of KiXtart you're using and what client versions are being used and then the relevant portion of the code you're using (within CODE TAGS so as to preserve the formatting of your code)
