Some of my machines on the network don't have the local administrators group in Access this computer from the network when I look at it with gpedit.msc. This causes a problem with us managing their machines remotely.

I know how to fix it if I was at their machices locally using gpedit, but I would like to know a way to do it via scripts. I did a regwatch but didn't see any changes.

Can someone help me with a solution or point me in the right direction?

If you know how to fix it locally, you can use an adminscript. Use it together with the Task Scheduler service. Watch the udf library. There are usefull task scheduler UDFs.

Good luck

but if nothing gets changed in the registry, I can't change it using scripts. That's my problem.
