EndSession command Win9x

Kix currently does not respond correctly to the EndSession command issued to all open applications when shutting down the system on Win9x.
On NT based systems, it works fine; Kix is closed normally. On Win9x however, the user is presented with an End Task screen.
If it's possible to do the same for Win9x, that would be great!
