buggy: addprogramgroup, delprogramgroup, show....

tbh, they all failed.
delprogramgroup hanged the whole script forever.
after commenting it out, got error 2 after addprogramgroup:

$=ADDPROGRAMGROUP("my group")
@error " " @serror ?
and then again, hang with showprogramgroup.
the path is kinda little tricky and that might brake the windows 3.11 api. but nevertheless, it's buggie boo time.
the path being something like:
"C:\Documents and Settings\Järjestelmänhaltija.bueno\Käynnistä-valikko\Ohjelmat"
and yes, that's totally windows' own path.

I know this shouln't matter but the username is ehm.. the 2nd one. Järjestelmänhaltija.bueno, bueno is probably the domain name. and the first name Järjestelmänhaltija is also in the profiles. This happens when windows couln't sync the profile. Maybe it helps...

not really.
this actually is because the system was in domain and this bueno denotes a local account.
