Winnt Running script with ADmin rights

How can I run a program on winnt40 system with local admin rights when the clients do not have local admin rights?

Please do not post questions in the scripts forum. This forum is for posting and disussing advanced scripts and I don't see a script in your post.

In addition:
ADMIN install using Runas like SU... Scripted without console!!!
