Sorry, here is the question. I have a Windows 2000 Active Directory server in a network with Terminal Server and a 100 clients with W95 or W98. I use Kix32 4.0 to set some settings and log some events for each user. Once for client<>server and once for terminal server <>server. When the user log on from his win95 client on the ad server the script runs but the @UserID was not set. When the user log on with terminal server the @userID was set and the logon goes oke. Because I want to search the userID in a INI file to look for some user specific settings it is important that I can get the userID. On all the servers is Kix and KixRPC service installed and running. On the client pc's are the kx??.* files copied to c:\windows\system32. Is there anyone who have a sollution ? Thanks in advance, Leon Mol [ 24 June 2002, 19:55: Message edited by: Leon Mol ] |

Have installed the ADclient on your non-W2K clients? If not, install it on one and let me know if the the behavior changes. |
