Can't Wake-On-LAN after Upgrading to Windows 10?

It seems some desktops have lost the ability to wake-on-LAN since upgrading them to Windows 10. My best guess is they're going into hibernation or something and unable to WoL. Has anyone else had this issue or come up with a fix? I think my supervisor come up with a KIX script to disable fastboot for something else that might be related.
Anyone else experience similar issues?

Don't use wake-on-LAN here yet, there is discussion of using it soon for imaging though. As for Windows 10 sleeping - I have had machines that won't wake up from USB keyboard mouse movement even though setting seem to indicate it should awake. Have had to tap the power button for some. I'm sure it's just a setting somewhere and I've not taken the time to track down yet as it wasn't that important.
