Hello
Is it possible to use @priv to temporarily give a normal domain user admin rights so that the printer will map then remove the admin right ?

No. Kix Macros (items starting with @) are read only, and are for informational purposes only. They perform no functions or commands. @Priv is simply used to determine if the current user has admin rights or not.
There are other methods users have developed to perform tasks using admin priviledges, but I will let them chime in on those.

I think there's a GPO setting that allows installing (printer) drivers without escalating rights.. might want to look into that.
